Floor One
In the USA, it would be floor two. This is the main living space with 5 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms. It has one large bedroom of 20 M2, two medium sized bedroom of 15 M2 and two small sized bedrooms of 12 M2.
Each bedroom contains one UK King size bed 200x150cm with storage below & a hand made built in wall storage unit.
We maybe adding some storage areas. Both Bath rooms are small, one has a bath & the other one a shower.

Ground Floor
In the USA, it would be floor one. This floor has one the large suite 20 M2 with large bathroom. This suite is used for friend and family who are visiting residents, as it is the only room with two beds. The other bedroom is medium size of 15 M2.
There is one grand room which service has the dining hall with seating for 20 people. We are building out a pantry & washing area next to the commercial kitchen.
There are three staircases & two bathrooms on this floor. We have one addition room which we have not determined what it will be yet, possible an additional kitchen, office, or craft room.
Basement
The basement contains the Home Theater with giant projection screen & sound system. There are two medium sized bedroom of 15 M2 & currently one bathroom.
We are planning to add one more bathroom with tub & an office.
More detail on each room will become available in the future. There is an attic that may become a game or craft room.
